Covid 19 Guidelines and Protocol
To ensure the safety of our staff and all clients we ask that:
Clients abide by Attain Protocols at all times, which will be posted at our location
Clients agree to the following COVID-19 policies:
Review and abide by our Questionnaire (posted outside the office and sent via email to clients prior to the appointment)
Allow for a temperature check upon entry
Do not bring any friend, family member, child, or other party to any location during your appointment
Contact us if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 that may interfere with your scheduled appointment
Please note: there will be no cancellation fees during the COVID pandemic
Clients will be asked to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as follows:
Must be wearing PPE (facial covering) upon entry to all locations
Use hand-sanitizer or hand-washing station upon entry
Only remove PPE if asked by your Medical Provider for procedure specific protocols

FAQs
When will you be open?
We are closely following local and state guidelines. We are in direct communication with the NYC Dept of Health. The recommendations are ever changing and apply differently to medical entities, like Plump. We are open in extremely limited capacity and plan to have our full opening early June.
Why can’t I find my injector?
We have limited staff available and some of our staff members are remaining away in quarantine for safety reasons. We are expecting that all our staff will be able to return to work early June.
Why can’t I find an appointment?
We will be running limited hours and appointment availability. Please understand that our utmost importance is patient safety, so we need time in between appointments to properly sterilize the rooms and clean the office. Appointments will be 1 hour long until we have better guidance from local authorities.
When I book am I paying in advance?
No, we are not placing holds or any charges on the card prior to an appointment. We are only charging after the appointment completion which will be done remotely on the card you have on file.
Are all staff members getting COVID antibody or antigen testing?
We are doing our best to provide ongoing testing to staff members (pending availability) and we have asked all staff members to obtain an immunology test prior to returning to work as well as go through our in-house screening on a daily basis when they return to work from quarantine.
Are there any other internal safety procedures that you have, if so can I view them?
Yes, as a medical provider we have a plethora of safety procedures that our staff will be enacting. We are all blood borne pathogen trained and OSHA certified. We can provide a copy of these protocols upon request by emailing info@attainmedspa.com.
Procedures specific notes:
Masks may interfere with some procedures offered at Plump. Please follow your medical professionals recommendation with relation to your mask and if you should remove your mask. We will have anti-viral mouthwash for specific procedures.
All Attain Professionals have different PPE for specific procedures
Masks may interfere with recovery of liquid rhinoplasty, some under-eye filler (mask dependent), some cheek filler (mask dependent), and possibly other procedures. We encourage clients to have a flexible soft mask / fabric covering when they have procedures done to these areas. This mask can be used after the appointment completion.
